The mission of Doyna LTD is to develop and commercialize high quality imported European beer brands in the United States. We will accomplish this through innovative offerings, promotions and marketing.
Doyna was established in 1997. We are specializing in Eastern European Liquor, Wine, and Beer business. Doyna LTD is an exlusive importer for all of the brands that it carries.
The Baltika Trade was established in 1992. Currently, it is the most familiar & popular beer brand in Russia. It is also second seller (after Heineken) in Europe. Doyna LTD carries fourteen different SKU's of Baltika. SKU's are: #2 Lager, #3 Classic (0.5L Bottle + Can), #4 Original, #5 Golden Lager, #6 Porter, #7 Export (0.5L Bottle + Can +5L Can), #8 Wheat Unfiltered, #9 Extra (0.5L bottle + can), Arsenalnoe Traditional, and Arsenalnoe Extra.
Doyna, Ltd., being an importer of the "OBOLON" beer, represents the "OBOLON" brewery in the United States and takes the role of a certain connection between the "OBOLON" plant and the American market.

The year 2003 was a year in which the Baltika brewery introduced significant changes. We implemented an organizational restructuring, launched a process for reorganizing distribution, began to change the marketing policy of the Company, brought on line new production capacity, continued to build warehouse terminals and embarked on a project for construction of a malt making plant. All these processes required that spending be increased significantly and took place against a complex background of rising competition and sharp decline in the market's rate of growth. In this way preconditions were created which could slow the rate of sales growth and negatively influence the Company's operational results as well as cash flow. The first half of the year when the multifaceted restructuring of the system of sales began was most challenging, however in the third and fourth quarters the Company was able to break the negative tendencies and raised sales volume relative to the preceding year. During the 10 days that this fair was held in Berlin, around 3,500 liters of Baltika beer were consumed. All the Company's beer varieties enjoyed huge success with visitors and the supplies which Baltika imported to distribute on the stand were exhausted before the fair closed. Visitors to the Company exhibition space were invited to take part in a competition and the first 2,000 who drank a liter of beer each were given a Baltika beer mug as a gift.

According to preliminary data, during 2003 Baltika was able to achieve a legal and organizational restructuring of the company, to reorganize the system of sales, and still avoid the decline in sales volume that usually accompanies such changes in major companies. The annual financial results show that sales volume increased from 16.06 million hectoliters in 2002 to 16.17 million hectoliters in 2003. It was determined that sales increased both on the territory of Russia and in export markets. In 2003 these figures stood at 15.17 million hectoliters and 1 million hectoliters respectively.

“Baltika No. 8 Wheat” is the only Russian beer brand that has received
a medal at Brewing Industry International Awards 2004.
On May 25, 2004 the most prestigious award ceremony in brewing, Brewing Industry International Awards 2004 was held in London. “Baltika No. 8 Wheat” beer, the only Russian beer brand that participated in the contest, has received a medal.
Brewing Industry International Awards 2004, an Oscar of a kind in brewing world, is held since 1886. This year 822 kinds of beer from 48 states were nominated. This is the largest number of participating countries throughout the history of the ceremony.
During the blind tasting, judges from 13 countries, leading world brewers, awarded 69 medals and 8 Champion Trophies to best beers of the world. “Baltika No. 8 Wheat” beer has received a bronze medal in The International Specialty Beers Competition in The Wheat beer class.
“Baltika No. 8 Wheat” has been manufactured by Baltika Brewery since February 2001, and as of today this brand is an undoubted leader in the segment of wheat beer in Russia. Since 2002 “Baltika No. 8 Wheat” is being exported to 17 countries of the CIS and beyond. Export sales in 2003 amounted to 15 803 hectoliters.
“Baltika No. 8 Wheat” is unfiltered beer made of wheat malt with a soft fruity flavor and a sweet note. The beer is made of water, wheat malt, light barley malt and caramel malt, and hops. Alcohol content is no less than 5.0% of the volume, extract content of the starting wort is 12.5%. The beer contains 45 kcal in 100 g, the nutritional value is no more than 3.4 g of carbohydrates in 100 g. The shelf life of the beer is six months.
